I no longer want the item I’ve purchased or I ordered by mistake, can I return the item?
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item you wish to return. The item can be returned for an exchange, credit, or refund.
  • Exchanges and Credits are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Please check our Terms & Conditions for more information.
I’ve opened my item but haven’t used it, can I return it?

Yes you can, as long as the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, please note a 10% restocking fee will apply.

I haven’t used my item but I don't have the box, can I return it?

Yes you can, as long as the item is returned in a new, unused condition, please note a 20% restocking fee will apply.

My item is used, can I return it?

We do not accept returns of items that have been used by the customer.

My item was deemed non-faulty in a warranty claim but I no longer want it, Can I return it?

Our warranty team will only return an item if it is in fully working condition. Because the item is used, we are unable to accept a return.

I believe this item is not as described.

If you believe the item you received is not as described (i.e. incorrect item dimensions, incorrect colour or model variance), please submit a Support Ticket within 7 days upon receipt and attach photos and videos for us to look into your claim. If your claim is approved, all expenses including freight will be refunded to you in full.

Please note that the item should be returned in a new, unused condition, complete with original packaging.

Change of Mind Terms

We understand sometimes you may not need an item or you might have made a mistake during your order. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s to request an exchange, credit or refund.

The item must be returned in a new, unused condition, complete with original packaging. A restocking fee applies to all returns and is dependent upon the condition of the item.

If the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, a 10% restocking fee applies.

If the item is returned in unused condition without the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee applies.

When a return is requested due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the postage to return the item back to our warehouse. Original freight charges are non-refundable.

Not as Described
If you feel the item you have received is not as it was described on the website, you must contact us within 7 days so that we can investigate the claim. You will be asked to provide evidence such as photos, videos, and supporting documentation to support your claim.

 

Detailed Change Of Mind / Item Is Unsuitable Terms

If you have decided to return an item because you have changed your mind or feel as though the item is no longer suited to your 12V system, the item can be returned for an exchange or credit, pending the following criteria are met:

  • The item is returned in a new, unused condition, complete with original packaging.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

For Exchanges:
If the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, a 10% restocking fee applies.
If the item is returned in new, unused condition without the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee applies.

For Credits:
If the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, a 10% restocking fee applies.
If the item is returned in new, unused condition without the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Conditions:
The customer is required to cover postage costs to return-freight the item back to us.
Original freight charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Item Not As Described

If your claim is approved, and your claim meets the criteria below, all expenses (including freight) will be refunded to you in full.
